I personally tell anyone who is getting into anime, any age, to make sure you add Studio Ghibli films to your list. These masterpieces in storytelling are also pieces of art literally coming to life before your eyes. Another fun and usually adorable component of anime is mascot characters, normally cute little critters that follow or help the main crew (and great for entertainment and merch-selling purposes, lol!) Many do not talk or hardly do, lol. ^_^ There are so many wonderful ones in Studio Ghibli, but I have ten that I collect the most merch for and make my soul soar. Let’s meet these little fishies.
