Conventions are always where I meet the most amazing, good souls who also happen to be passionate and talented in the arts. Mr. Bob Hamby is one of those grand people and we are from the same town! Crazy cool, right? You need a man who is chill in life, calm and kind, and it is a pleasure to see him in his chair and straw hat, drawing and doing his thing; making art to make people smile. I also smile (and snap a selfie) when I see him at shows. He has even done caricatures of me and some of my friends and he came to my classroom to make caricatures live in front of my students. It was epic! 🙂 He helps with Heroes for Kids too! ^-^
