A staple of any otaku/anime lover’s life is Studio Ghibli. Being enraptured in the stunning world of fantasy, heartfelt lessons, and endearing characters shapes who we are as fans, a shared love we can all cherish together. However, there are other incredible anime films outside of Studio Ghibli.
My dear writing mate and amigo Dan Wright and I are at it again in this special Top Ten. We chose five each of our favorite Non-Studio Ghibli fan and put it on a list.

Born in the historic town of Canterbury, Dan has been writing since 2011. He is best known for his Fantasy series World of Draconica and Amanda Moonstone, but has started to expand to other genres – such as Horror. He is also a part time actor, ring announcer for South East Professional Wrestling and collector/painter of wargaming miniatures. Dan mostly writes for fun and tends to follow his own rules when writing stories.
