Patricia Lynne “Gabriel” (Path of Angels final book) Character Interview

Posted on July 27, 2015July 28, 2015 by Morgan

Hello world! Welcome to my first ever segment of “A.U,” or “Authors Unite,” because “Every author’s story is worth its weight in gold!” I will be switching back between this and Aspiring Author Spotlight (AAS) at the end of each month, depending on the amazing writers I come across and the needs at the time. Today, I have the honor of having the lovely and energic Mrs. Patricia Lynne here with us today with her JUST realized fourth book in the “Path of the Angels,” entitled, “Gabriel.” You guys are aware that, being a paranormal author, I tend to be drawn and know the happenings of the fantastical worlds of spirits, ghosts, and angels and demons, so I am thrilled to have such a gem on my site with us today, especially since Mrs. Lynne is helping me start off my new segment and I am helping her start off her blog tour! 😀

Let’s give her and her surprise guest a hand!

************************

1)How do you feel about the title of your book?

Gabriel: Well, it’s my name, so I think the author was being lazy.

Patricia: HEY! I was not being lazy. If you wanted a better title, you should have told me.

Gabriel: *snorts* Whatever. Path of Angels is pretty smart though. It’s accurate. My brothers and I are on a path.

Patricia: *Grumbles under breath*

2)How is to work with the author?

Gabriel: She never listened to me when I said don’t put that in the story. Kept giving me some BS about plot or character development. Only person who listens less than her is Joe.

Patricia: *mutters* I’ll write more scenes of Joe kicking your butt like he did in his story.

3)What other character in your story annoys you or scares you the most?

Gabriel: My brother, Joe. Sometimes he needs a good punch in the face, but Michael always stops me. Then when Michael was gone, Zade stopped me. I think it’s a ploy by Patricia because Joe is her favorite.

Patricia: Actually, Zephyr is my favorite. She has awesome hair.

4)What’s your favorite hobby?

Gabriel: I don’t have time for hobbies. I’m too busy saving the world. *stares* You’re welcome.

5)If you had one event from you past you could do over, what would it be?

Gabriel: There’s plenty of times I didn’t insist on punching Joe that I would if I could.

6)If you could pick three songs that describes the adventures in the story, what would they be and who’s the artist/singer?

Gabriel: I don’t listen to much music. Again, busy saving the world from fallen angels for you.

Patricia: And I suck at these kinds of questions.

7)Name one guilty pleasure.

Gabriel: Coffee.

Patricia: That’s not a guilty pleasure, that’s writer fuel.

Gabriel: You don’t drink it. You like that pop crap.

Patricia: *pouts* So? All my writing friends say coffee is writer fuel so it must be true.

Gabriel: I’m not even going to respond to that.

The end is in sight.

To stop Uriel from freeing Lucifer, Gabriel and his brothers must fall and go to Hell. It is a sacrifice Gabriel is not entirely ready to make. Will he fight alongside his brothers or forge his own path? There is only one choice.

Alexander doesn’t want to help Uriel nor does he trust him, but the angel has promised him a better life. He swore to protect Charlie, and he’ll do whatever it takes. When he meets the archangels and learns the depth of Uriel’s lies, he understands the true meaning of sacrifice. If there’s any hope of stopping Lucifer from being freed, Alexander, Charlie, Zephyr and Lake will have to get to Hell and help Gabriel and his brothers in the fight against Uriel.

The path is finally ending, but the price may be too high.

About the Author:

On a whim, she wrote down a story bouncing in her head. That was the start of it and she hasn’t regretted a moment. She writes young adult under the name Patricia Lynne.

Patricia lives with her husband in Michigan, hopes one day to have what will resemble a small petting zoo, has a fondness for dying her hair the colors of the rainbow, and an obsession with Doctor Who.
