Anyone who knows me at all knows I adore magical girls! The thought of a girl saving the world with magic wands and love and friendship while owning heels and a mini skirt after a detailed, sparkly transformation sequence is just so endearing! My most cherished series will always be “Cardcaptor Sakura” by CLAMP, my first anime I knew was anime (I grew up watching the WB very modified dub in 6th-8th grade) and my first manga (on accident, lol!) It is still incredible, the story heartwarming, life lessons important for all, entertaining, enchanting, kawaii, but not too sweet, fun, stunning to look at, and the characters feel like they are my family and precious friends. You can for them, another form of magic.
You can watch the newest English dubbed version on Netflix currently and the latest season, “Clear Card” on Hulu. The manga is on Amazon and Rightstuf. ^_^
One of the most important parts of anime is MUSIC! It gets you pumped, understand the feel of the show. “Cardcaptor Sakura” does not have a not fantastic opening or ending theme! How do they rank though to me, the ultimate CCS fan? Look at my list here!
