I know this may seem like an odd choice for a Top List during Halloween month, but here is my reasoning (other than I want to and it has been SEVEN YEARS since I updated it, ha:) voice actors change themselves to become characters for us that we connect to, love, or love to hate. Halloween is all about becoming someone else. It’s all about expressing yourself through costume, voice, or other formats. Isn’t that what Halloween is about? Plus, it’s all fun!
