Aww! Valentine’s Day (or Deadpool Day for those who don’t celebrate, lol) is here! That means love of some kind is in the air, chocolate will be our craving of the month, and hearts are all our eyes can see as roses seem to sprout from everywhere. I know I can celebrate my love for those in my life each day, but to be able to have an excuse for it seems fun too, lol!
When I think of American romance stories, Nicholas Sparks pops into my head. He has a spark (ha) when it comes to making compelling and heart-wrenching modern and classic tales of realistic love. Plus, the movie versions for the book covers are always people about to kiss, which I find oddly humorous.
I have read a few of his works, but for his love stories, I tend to be more visual. So, for my Valentine’s Day Top Ten this year, I made it my mission to watch every film based on a book by Mr. Nicholas Sparks! And I did it! 🙂
To honor this day of love and the man that inspires so many with his beautiful words (including my bestie, Marissa), here is my Top 11 (there are 11 movies) list of my personal favorite Mr. Sparks films based on his books. What is great is I liked all of them in some fashion, but the last one.
